Zach Champ
Zach is a Fredericksburg resident and Virginia Notary Public. At Germanna Community College, Zach earned an associate degree in General Studies and served as Student Government Association president. Service with AmeriCorps and conservation crews shaped a hands-on approach to community work.
Zach also founded INSPIRE, a local creative arts and digital media studio, and builds practical online resources for residents and small businesses. At FXBG Notary, Zach focuses on clear scheduling, identity verification, and performing the requested notarial act under Virginia law. Legal questions about a document should go to its issuing party or a qualified adviser.
Roman Robles
Roman graduated from the University of Mary Washington in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. At UMW, Roman participated in Kappa Sigma and the Latino Student Association. Roman has also collaborated with Zach on INSPIRE's local business and digital media projects.
A bilingual marketing specialist, Roman brings an interest in storytelling, business, and community connections to FXBG Notary. Contact the office to confirm who is available and which commissioned notary will handle your appointment.
