Traditional notarization

For affidavits, sworn statements, powers of attorney, bills of sale, school forms, and other eligible documents. We verify identity and complete the requested notarial act; the document's legal effect is for the signer or their adviser to determine.

Up to $10 per traditional notarial act. A typical two-act visit is $20. Office visits are by appointment.

Mobile notary

Request a visit at your home, workplace, care facility, or another agreed location in the Fredericksburg area. Same-day appointments may be possible; we confirm timing, access, and witnesses in advance.

Notarial acts are billed within Virginia's limit. Any travel expense is separately agreed in advance and must be actual and reasonable.

What to bring

  • The complete document and acceptable identification for each signer.
  • Instructions from the receiving party or document preparer about the requested notarial act.
  • Any required witnesses, unless their availability has been confirmed with us.
